In 2020, Robert Boulter and co-counsel filed a federal class action lawsuit on behalf of lease-driver Gliver Ordosgoitti against Nebraska based trucking giant Werner Enterprises arising out of its lease-purchase program. In essence, the lawsuit alleges Werner made false representations about its lease-purchase program and concealed material facts. The case titled is Ordosgoitti v. Werner Enterprises, Inc. et al, District of Nebraska (Case No. 8:20-cv-00421-BCB-SMB) and is currently in its early stages.
