Investor Law

Robert S. Boulter represents victims of investment and stockbroker fraud.  Whenever you have money to invest you are a potential target for opportunists.  Fraud schemes are only limited by the imagination of their promoters and can run the gamut from stocks, bonds, mutual funds, private securities placements, stock and real estate limited and general partnerships, investment clubs, insurance policies, and joint ventures.  For more information, see the common types of investor fraud and investment scams from the links on the left side of this page.

Ideally, you should seek legal counsel before making significant investments of any kind, particularly with people you have never done business with before. Always be skeptical of promises of extraordinarily high or guaranteed returns no matter who they come from.  We’ve all heard the timeless admonition, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”— the trick is figuring out when “good” becomes “too good.”

Please remember there may be applicable statutes of limitations on your matter.  Failure to timely file a case can bar you from ever recovering the compensation to which you may otherwise be entitled.  If you think you have been victimized by investment fraud, please contact Robert S. Boulter at [email protected] or by calling (855) 372-6529.
