Ordosgoitti v. Werner Enterprises is a putative class action pending in the District of Nebraska (Case No. 8:20-cv-00421-BCB-SMB).   This class action case was initiated by Robert Boulter and co-counsel in 2020 on behalf of driver Gliver Ordosgoitti against Nebraska based trucking giant Werner Enterprises and its affiliate Werner Leasing LLC and arises out of Werner’s lease-driver program.  In essence, the lawsuit alleges Werner made false representations about its program and concealed material facts in violation of Nebraska’s business opportunity law.  This case is in its early stages.  If you were a lease driver for Werner and/or have questions about the lawsuit, please contact Robert S.
